The service team was exceptional. However, as I was waiting for my car to be finished, I went to the sales floor to inquire if in fact there was a SQ8 that I could look at. The woman in the welcome area (round desk) was very kind and looked right away for someone that was available to help me. The female sales associate said I could just go out on the lot to look at it. I explained that my husband and I were interested in the Q8 but after test driving at your location previously, it did not have the power. But now that the SQ8 was in, was interested. Even though I was masked, no one came out check on me to see if I had any questions. When I came back in, no one acknowledged or asked if I had any questions. You can't say that the sales team was extremely busy, as there was only a family of three that came in to test drive/look at a vehicle in the 3 hours that I was waiting. I don't know if it was because I was dressed casually that no one in your sales area seemed to care, (outside of the kind woman at the reception desk) but either way, when we purchase the SQ8, I will work with the McDonald Dealership. The lax in the sales team is part of the reason when we test drove a vehicle less than a year ago, we were not impressed and for my husband's car ended up doing a custom order/build as a different dealership was spot on with time, care and follow up after we test drove.

The service department at Prestige always does a great job. They're always professional, helpful, thorough and great at follow up. I wish the service departments I have to work with at other dealerships were as customer-oriented as Prestige.
Both Scott’s, Chad & Roman made the whole experience exceptional.
