  Prestige Imports is a proud sponsor of the Naked Women's Racing powered by TriBella race team... The riders on the Naked Women's Racing powered by TriBella race team see cycling as a unique combination of both need and want, as we all have a passion that encompasses the bike. We have built the team to reflect the desire to be our best, to have fun while supporting women in each type of race, and to support literacy in our local schools through Ride for Reading. In the world of cycling, there are many teams. We all came from different squads and decided that we wanted to create something new - a women's team that not only fosters women's cycling by supporting teammates and teaching each other to be better racers, but to also give to the community around us and teach children about our love for cycling and our love for reading. While our partner, TriBella Multisport grew this year and continues to fulfill its goal of supporting women athletes, so did the TriBella Race Team. Although the seven of us were the inaugural race team, we were a driven group of women hell bent on participating in just about every race in a more than 100 mile radius of Denver. The seven of us managed to compete in races EVERY weekend throughout Colorado, and travel to races in New Mexico, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, California...and Germany! Our goal for 2012 is the same as 2011 - this time with 20 strong ladies. We strive to be thoughtful, respected women. We strive to bring numbers to women's cycling and to bring literacy to our community. We strive to treat our sponsors as if we work for the company ourselves. Bike racing is what we love, but we feel that it is important to also partake in other activities as a team. Our pink and plaid bring us attention, and we will use it to further our goals on and off the bike.   |
