We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our winning team!
The representative handles outbound and inbound calls, is the facilitator of solid & specific appointments for the sales and service teams, tracks and assists with the internet leads, performs follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, and handles inbound customer inquiries. There is NO COLD CALLING and NO TELEMARKETING INVOLVED. Additionally, Customer Service Representatives represent the company at events throughout the year and occasionally are required to drive company vehicles.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be an energetic, flexible, multi-talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high demand environment
-Experience providing customer service (i.e. call center, retail, and/or hospitality a plus)
-Experience toggling between screens and inputting data while assisting customers on the phone is a plus
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record

The position of Valet is responsible for providing excellent customer service, and efficiently and carefully picking up and delivering customer's vehicles. Our Valet's are the first and last point of contact for our customers thus the impression the driver makes on them is extremely important as they are an extension of the company. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, driving, and communication skills are a MUST.

-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays

Hours of Operation: Mon-Friday 7:00am- 7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am ? 6:00pm (You will receive a 40+ hr work week around these hours)
